This assignment required us to create an editorial and accompanying mobile application. I chose to cover agriculture and farm life in Ontario.
At its core, Acres Magazine is a publication for farmers, by farmers. Article topics range from agri-tech innovations to Tim Hortons recommendations. To differentiate from existing ag publications, I looked to lifestyle magazines for inspiration.
The articles were either pulled from existing sources or written by me. To create a truly authentic Ontario farm publication, I used original photos that I shot at farms across Southern Ontario.
